presents...The Great Peace...The Gathering of Good Minds CD-ROM |
THE GREAT PEACE CD-ROM I think its an amazing teaching tool. While I see it as particularly oriented for secondary students, there is still a lot of application for what we do here at the post-secondary level. I am really impressed with the section on Peace. The lucid presentation of the key concepts within our political philosophy is truly impressive. I will use the section to introduce my students to the basic message of the Kaienerekowa. The CD is real strong as well on the bibliographic sections (with a nice balance between scholarly and community writing), and provide a good resource for students to begin investigating the literature on our people. Ill look forward to seeing and working with future generations of the CD.
